Beyhadh starts with Ayaan(Sumit Bhardwaj) getting arrested, Saanjh(Aneri Vajani) runs in and calls for a doctor as she cries and blames Ayaan for doing this to his brother. Ayaan just laughs as he says he will not have let anyone else kill Arjun(Kushal Tandon) as this was his revenge too. The doctors checks Arjun and says that there is no pulse and that he is dead. Saanjh screams as the body is taken away for postmortem and the inspector allows Saanjh to accompany the body in the ambulance with two police officers. Maya(Jennifer Winget) burns down the entire ashram cottage that she is staying in and walks away with just a bag, she gets ready in the red dress gifted to her by Arjun and prepares to give her life and meet Arjun in the other world. Maya ties a bag of mud on top of a tree just above the grave with a coffin and a headstone with her name on it. She then goes into the coffin and breaks open the sack of mud by throwing a knife onto it. She closes the coffin and lies down waiting for death as she remembers every moment with Arjun from the time they met.
The ambulance rushes through the road and drives staright into a car coming towards it. Suman comes out and rushes to fight with the driver she creates quite a scene as she fights asking for money for the damage to her car. One of the policeman come out and give her the police station address and asks her to get the money the next day Shubh waits inside the car. The next policeman too comes out seeing the commotion and recognises Suman to be Saanjh’s mother. Suman senses danger and signals to Shubh to run as she too flees. The policeman check inside the ambulance to find Arjun and Saanjh gone.
Inspector Ranveer gets Arjun’s blood checked and it is revealed to him that it was just a Vitamin E injection and Arjun is not dead. Ranveer promises to find Arjun even from hell and asks his fellow men to arrest everyone that helped Arjun. Arjun sits in the car with Saanjh and says he will not die now as he has to find Maya and kill her. Maya lies inside the coffin as slowly her breaths stop as the grave is completely filled with the mud from the sac.
