Channel V’s Yeh Jawani Ta Ra Ri Ri to come up with season 2

With the ‘Student of the Year’ competition on in full swing, Yeh Jawani Ta Ra Ri Ri (Bolt Media) on Channel V is gearing up for some exciting time ahead. With the competition bringing out the best in Cheeku (Chirag Mahbubani), soon the guy will be on the final league all set to win the trophy.

And well, even before the contest wraps up, we have exclusive information about the show coming up with season 2.

Shares a credible source, “The show has definitely managed to strike a positive chord with the viewers. With the audiences relating to the characters, the makers have decided to launch season 2, with a different concept but same faces.”

With the channel’s other popular show Jhalli Anjali Ke Tootely Dil Ki Amazing Love Story (Niranjan Iyenger and Rose Audio Visuals) all set to turn a weekly, there had been reports about the Yeh Jawani shutting shop.

Refuting them as baseless, producer Vaibhav Modi said, “The show is definitely not going off air. As for season 2 is concerned, let this season culminate first.

We will talk about it later.”

We hear there have been intensive meetings going on with the channel and production house to decide on the show’s format.

In most probability season 2 will air by end of this month.
