Scene 1:
Location: In the court’s premise
Yash and arti come to the court with ansh. While ansh doesnt like the ambience of the court and asks why he has been brought here, yash tries to pacify him saying that thye have an important piece of work to attend to and then they would leave from there. He asks ansh not to be afraid since his dad is here with him.
The eneter inside the court and find it decorated with cartoon characters and live ones playing with each other. The girls and ansh ask if they have come to play. Prashant comes to mock yash that they dont have a lawyer to defend them. But the dubeys come to support yash asking him not to be scared by prashant’s intimation as he still doesnt know the power of the love of a father.
The judge comes in and also starts joking along with the kids to put them at ease. He asks his attendant to take the kids outside so that the kids are not pshychologically affected by the hearing. Mr. Chhabria starts his case, but is stopped by the judge, who asks prashant, the person who gave birth to ansh to stand
beside yash, the person who gave hisname to ansh. He instructs prashant to plead for his case himself just like yash is doing. yash starts his statement telling the entire truth about prashant’s behaviour towards ansh right from the time he was conceived, stating that now its too late for him to demand custody since arti has throughout looked after ansh and even got remarried for his sake, so that he doesnt feel the absence of a father. He also talks about ansh saying he is a very good and adaptable child, who doesnt care who his real father is, but is concerned with the person who is with him at all time, in his sickness and health, in his sad and happy moments. Yash says that he cant live without ansh and finishes his statement at that. The judge then asks prashant to step up and present his case. he comes in the witness box, and says that he had never thought that he would fight ever with prashant and arti as they have always been truthful. He confesses, much to everyone’s surprise, that he is in fact guilty of everything that yash has accused him of. He says that it is due to arti’s good nature, that even his parenst supported arti is ansh’s growth. He confesses that he has done wrong to arti and he very sorry for it. Arti tries to interrupt but the judge asks her to step in the witness box and say whatever she wants. She says that she cant trust prashant after what he had done to her and that he is always centred at taking ansh away from them. read full updates fast only at But prashant slyly, reminds her and also brings it to the judge’s notice how he had turned over a new leaf and helped arti, in lalitpur village and also helped her in getting back together with her own husband, yash. The lawyer also brings in the receipts of the hospital expenses to the judge’s notice. Despite arti trying to tell the judge that this is all a frame up to try and show prashant in good light, the lawyer starts pushing pressure on arti making her confess that she had left yash’s house voluntarily with ansh. Yash also admits to that having happened and prashant’s role in getting them back together. The lawyer also points out gayatri having closed ansh in their store house, showing that yash’s family had never really accepted ansh as a member of their own family. yash intervenes again saying that it was just behaviour on gayatri’s part since every adult scolds and punishes children to teach them a lesson, and would have done the same if his girls had done the same thing. Seeing yash agitated, the judge asks him to control hiss temper and tone, or else he would have to leave. Everybody is tensed at yash’s and arti’s tension.
Prashant agrees that his parents would also have given the same punishment, but they forced ansh in a manner that he would never have. He also tells the judge about the school change of ansh and his kidnapping. Arti defends saying that yash was the person who had saved ansh in that scenario. Prashant too says that yash has proved to be a good father but everey man needs to be financially stable to support his children, and tells that yash has been taken off from the will of his father.
Suraj comes in the witness box, and confirms prashant’s claims saying that he has broken all relations with his son, due to this woman, referring to arti. Yash again intervenes, apologizing for his misbehaviour, that he wouldnt have any body bad mouthing his wife in front of him. the judge again asks him to be in control. yash sits down. The lawyer excuses suraj too. The judge takes his time in deliberating over the facts. Prashant starts another drama by kneeling in front of yash and begging him to give ansh to him and also tells arti that she has everything now, a husband and kids also but he is very alone. He also pleads the judge that he would be a responsible father, and wouldnt marry again and give him all the love that he deserves in the world. He sits on his seat incoherently crying all the while.
The judge says that ansh should have an opinion in this matter. He has stayed with scindia family for over 8,9 months but prashant never got that chance. Therefore, he says that he is ordering ansh to stay overnight with prashant so that he can decide who he wants to be with, and then tomorrow he would give his final descision regarding the custody, after taking the opinion of his jury panel and also keeping ansh’s wish. Arti and yash are tensed to hear this, while prashant has an evil smile on his face seeing his plan succeeding. The screen freezes on arti’s tensed face.
Precap: Prashant kidnaps his own son, ansh and when yash and arti approach him, he warns yash that if he wants ansh safe and sound, he should send arti to him. They are shocked to hear this. Ansh is crying in prashant’s grip.

Suni….I believe, there are only three categories amongst human being….GOOD- BAD- UGLY. We can’t ensure only good or only bad among them , sometime people are combined with good & bad or bad & ugly . Whatever they are, but situations are holding the major part on what should they do???….
You have brilliantly narrated about Dubeys characterisation before , accordIng to that I can brIng his nature between Good & Bad…but shoba controlled his BAD side through her love & support .yes…Prashand is the replica of Dubey, but shoba didn’t control his BAD part….Is that shoba is good wife not a good mother????….that’s another topic!!!
We understood clearly Arthi’s carefree spirit couldn’t help her to succeed on handling this man in a certain manner which had accomplished evidently by shoba pertains to Dubey . So, Prashand not influenced by hIs mother nor by his wife and allowed to live self concerned person. Finally, he endup with the his own choice without any concern of others. Suni….I noticed something in the previous episode whilst Arthi pleaded him not to leave her & the unborn chIld…..he said very clearly, I have relieved you from my bond & you can find your love….similarly when her mother informed to hIm about Arthi’s remarriage he didn’t have any problem. She annoyed him by forcing her opinion at the temple when he came for other purpose. Otherwise, he might’ve gone relaxed way. Then, he came for other selfish motive, a big drama has been portrayed by shoba aggressively. Shoba & Arthi indulged him to loss his control and he announced his evil part & left…..again he didn’t harm them for his defeat because he had Nida wIth hIm that tIme.
I don’t have any doubt on his reformation, if not there is no necessity for him to help yash to find them at lalipture . But he couldn’t help for his loneliness & self pity. I think, Ansh’s innocent love intended him to march forward to Bhopal. He didn’t think about owning them until he relieved from his disease.
Then how he become to this present state????…. I will continue

But I suspect that SJ is just like me , we do not like housework and if Rsmdulary leaves Schindia house, we will try to employ him . We will write a good script for him , even a very little romance with Dora . He will be very healthy yaar , good food , ochro , karaili ; he will be strong and healthy to take care of the wife , even little Ramdularys in the future . January 18, 08:21Suni….still, I stick on to that complaint….Arthi encouraged him to develop his desires for getting them back. I can summarize how his BAD ( selfish desires) succeeded GOOD ( reality of his state )
KC …..it played a major role on development of his desires….I condemned her touch & tenderness at that time furiously, because it’s not the right way or right time to express her emotions. On top of that, She cried deeply infront of him regarding his disease and expressed her intentions….even a stone hearing those words it can’t help melting. That was the first time his desires looking outside like a newborn baby open their eyes little and closes their eyes due to brightness.
Although he was helping them (Arya) genuinely to become closure, he didn’t know how to control his selfIsh desires. It was growing on BAD side silently. Why he couldn’t control???…firstly he understood their weaknesses on their bond. Secondly, Arthi has given priority to Prashand than Yash by her continuous lies & deception. I have seen his satisfaction when she seated with him at the front seat in the car.
His dream was the indication to us that his BAD & GOOD became 50-50 basis. He thought strongly Yash family never accept her after learning the truth, so he decided to wait until the right time. If you observe keenly….he attained the maximum confidence level while he decided to convince her when he came to see Arthi (nobody at home and she locked the door). How could he got that confidence???….
The next major task played by that witch to support his BAD side.
When he heared Arthi’s defensive explanation infront of yash…..he understood & accepted his grave mistakes, the realisation on the depth of his loss disturbed him badly which was turned & motivated by the witch later.
Eventhough he was surviving his evil thoughts shoba encouraged him by her idiotic way. There is no point on asking him to leave the house at once, especially when the witch was supporting him lIke a pillar . That led him to follow the witch order instantaneously. That was the moment his BAD -GOOD sides became 80-20 basis.
After that whatever has done by him was not controlled by anyone. When he attacked physically by Yash & immediate support from his dad conquered his full sense. There is nothing is left on him from GOOD side. Now Prashand is not a human at all, he is an animal which is ready to do anything to get it’s food….Time will teach him a tough lesson

January 18, 08:57Afresh , you have summarised my response by your last reply . I was also confused by this , but I started to see the devil in him and not the man . Prashant the man , is weak , Mr Dubey is also weak . Like you said , the Dubey men choose good wives . Prashan’s strength lay in his ability to deceive . He attracted a good woman like Aarti , evil tries at all times to outshine good . He couldn’t overpower Aarti’s goodness , he already had his mother there . It was an impossible situation for the evil within him to survive without being transformed .it made him escape that place . He started off with certain good attributes because of his guidance from Shobha , but he is a weak soul . The good within him was silenced and only reemerged when necessary to save his life . I don’t believe Afreesh , that good can create evil , but if we are not always alert , evil tries to confuse good . When we hold on to negative emotions , anger , jealously . hubris etc. we invite the devil to do our work for us . We must release these negative emotions Afreesh , never harbour them . Papa S is also guilty of holding on to negative energy , but the man is strong and will give the devil a good fight .

All knowledge is good but it depends on how it is used by the individual . . This depends on the strength of the soul and what force is guiding it . There are good forces and bad forces ,a constant battle within each of us . In situations that challenge us , how do we approach it ? With anger , hurt, despair , unwillingness or hope ? What should guide us ?
Afreesh , evil has great power , it can consume a persons mind and heart , but only if it senses weakness , only then it can attack . Our weaknesses are anger , dishonesty , jealousy , self pity , inflated egos and other negative emotions . True love can never be a negative emotion . Aarti loved Prashant until the day he walked out on her and even after . Maybe she saw the good in him . Maybe she saw it again when he was ill .Maybe her soul was learning , her heart was sympathetic and her mind was confused .
Notice Afreesh , that after Prashant got better to the point of near recovery , he began to change . The evil within him sensed renewed strength , but it also sensed the good within Prashant rising and had to silence it .
You are correct , when the witch came , she trampled upon the changed Prashant . Notice how Bua was drawn to Prashant on Dewali night . Evil recognises its own kind. What made her so suspicious of Yash’s friend ? She recognised the devil in him when the deeya fell down . Bua’s queries were silenced then by the overwhelming good people in the room on Dewali night . Prashant had the devil in him even on Dewali night , but it was silent , waiting for its moment to rise . Just as God sends his people , so does the devil .The witch came to reawaken the devil in Prashant , to tell it that it is time to take control .
I do not think that Shobha is the bad mother I once thought her to be . She can’t hande alone this dark soul that incarnated as her son . The goodness in her could not remain silent and allow Prashant to go unpunished . She took her stance , but she couldn’t bear to see her son die . For a little while she had the son she deserved . She claims Aarti as her daughter , for she knows that she lost her son a long time ago .

Why do you worry unnecessarily for yaar , the kids will be just fine when Aarti and Yash run through the field . These days they got accustomed to being left alone , no child services would be on the field so they can stay and pick field flowers or chase after butterflies . See , problem solved .
I love the idea of getting a girlfriend for Ramdularie , I already have a name for her , Dora . This will double the staff for Yash and Aarti . Ramdularie of course will remain faithful despite the fallen fortune an serve them in exchange for food and accommodations . He will eat all the ochro , karaili and samosas that Aarti and Yash do not like . He may not get an aloo puris . He cannot complain , for they hate good food .
I love the Bua idea and the plans for Vidhi and Pari and Gayatri , SJ I will laugh for weeks with your plans . We could just bring him on as the babysitter . Shouldn’t they be doing some prayers or something for Aarti’s unborn baby ? They wanted this child so badly , now everyone forgets that he is there . They treat the kids so badly on PV . fighting in front of them , telling lies , abandoning them and scaring them with bears until they pee . Really not a good , safe place for kids . You worried long ago about where Yash gets money , but now he has none . Hope he doesn’t become Ramdulary ! Then Aarti and Yash will live like Archanna and old handsome Manav , in a chawl and fill water from buckets and Gayatri may live with them because she wants to be with the grand kids .
Ok ok , I will shake that off , I am adding too much drama to our simple and perfect romance . Yash will win the lotto or go on Who Wants to be a Millionaire like the guy from Slumdog millionaire Dev Patel . Another problem created with quick resolution . Like they say in cricket HOWZ THAT !
